民族区域自治与繁荣发展的新西藏——揭批达赖集团所谓的“大藏族自治区”

摘　　要：民族区域自治为维护祖国统一、实现西藏各族人民与祖国各族人民的平等、团结和共同繁荣进步,保障藏族人民自主管理本民族内部事务的权利起到了根本的制度保障作用。达赖集团无视民族区域自治在西藏的伟大成就,屡屡攻击、谩骂民族区域自治制度,炮制所谓的"大藏族自治区"谰言,妄图恢复黑暗、残酷的封建农奴制社会。达赖集团炮制的所谓"大藏族自治区"的实质乃是搞"西藏独立"。民族区域自治制度在西藏的成功实践昭示:坚持中国共产党的领导,实行民族区域自治,是西藏繁荣发展的根本保障;民族区域自治是西藏社会发展进步的必然和人民的选择;民族区域自治制度是最适合西藏的政治制度;民族区域自治制度是确保西藏经济跨越式发展和社会长治久安,实现小康西藏、构建和谐西藏的根本制度保障。The system of regional autonomy for nationalities plays the basic role in maintaining our country's unity,in realizing the equality and unity of Tibetan people and other nationalities,in guaranteeing Tibetan people's rights self governing their internal affairs.While the Dalai group ignoring the great achievement of this system in Tibet,attacking and cursing it constantly,invented the concept of 'big Tibet autonomous region',attempting to revive the dark and cruel feudal serf society.The essence of this is 'Tibetan independence'.The successful implementation of regional autonomy for nationalities in Tibet shows proves that it is the basic guarantee for Tibetan development to insist CCP's leadership,and to implement regional autonomy for nationalities,which is the necessity of Tibetan development and people's choice;this system is most suitable for Tibet and is the basic systematic guarantee for Tibet's stride-forward development,for the long stability of the society,for constructing well-off and harmoniousTibet.
