摘  要:本文介绍了由过压电效应的应变-电场曲线测得弱场和强场下的压电常数d_33、d_31.测量发现S~E曲线上呈现应变和压电系数突增的阈值场强E_b,用铁电陶瓷固有的90°畴转向对应变的贡献进行了分析和讨论.该方法与以往常用的正压电效应的压电常数测试相比,方便、简单,尤其对过压电效应的压电微位移驱动器应用更具有实际意义.The piezoelectric constants d_(33) and d_(31) under weak and stronger field were measured fromstrain S vs electric field E curves for the converwse piezoelectric effect. It was shown that on thecurves there is a critical field E_b, from which strains and d_(33), d_(31) were obyiously increased, and theresult was discussed in the view of reorientation of 90°domain intrinsically existed in piezoelectricceramics. This method of measuring d_(33), d_(31) is simple and convenient, as well as more practical,especially for piezoelectric ceramic actuator, as compared with that usually obtained them frompositive piezoelectric effect.
