摘  要:某教学楼采用毛石条形基础,由于该建筑物处于坡地与冲沟相接地段,地基土东硬西软,导致建筑物产生不均匀沉降,建筑物向西部产生滑移,墙体出现多处裂缝。为防止变形继续发展,采用抗滑桩、冠梁控制建筑物的滑移和压力注浆控制建筑物的侧向稳定的联合支护控制方法,使建筑物沉降、滑移趋于稳定,保证了建筑物能够继续正常使用。The rubble strip foundation slope and gully. The foundation soil is is used for certain building, the inhomogeneous soil that which is located the section with causes the differential settlement of the building with the slipping to the west and many cracks appear on the walls. In order to prevent the further deformation the approach to the controlling of the retaining and protection including the anti-slide piles and top beams which control the slipping and the jet grouting to control the lateral sta- bility of the building. After these measures implemented, the settlement and the slipping of the building tend to stable and the building could normally be used.
