摘 要:军事装备都面临着极端的服役条件,包括腐蚀、磨损、高温等作用,以及由此造成的设备运行故障、预期寿命下降等问题,纳米涂层为更有效解决上述问题开辟了新途径。文中综述了热喷涂纳米结构热障涂层、纳米结构WC/Co涂层、纳米结构功能涂层、纳米结构自润滑涂层和纳米结构氧化物陶瓷涂层的研究进展及在外军舰艇上的应用情况,重点介绍了已用于数百种美国海军舰艇零部件上的热喷涂纳米结构Al2O3/TiO2陶瓷涂层。应用纳米结构涂层可显著提高舰船零部件的使用性能和寿命,从而增强海军的战斗力,也可创造巨大的经济效益。The military arms are used in extreme service conditions, including corrosion, wear, high temperature etc. as well as the operating failure and life-span decreasing of the equipments and so on. The nanostructured coating is a new way for solving the above problems. This paper reviewed the research progress of thermal sprayed nanostructured coatings and their application in foreign warships. It involved thermal sprayed nanostructured thermal barrier coatings, WC/Co coatings, functional coatings, self-lubricating coatings and oxide coatings. The thermal sprayed nanostructured Al2O3/TiO2 coating, which had been used for hundreds of components in US navy warships, was introduced in detail. The service performances and life-span of warships components can be improved markedly, therefore the battle effectiveness of navy can be improved, and a good economic effect can be achieved as well.
