摘　　要：研制带后向台阶的流动腔实验装置,将内皮细胞成功地种植到流动腔底部,并在扰动流场作用下加以培养;应用基于多分辨率分析的二维小波图像压缩以及图像降噪与压缩方法,对图像进行了有效的降噪与压缩.流动腔内位于第1、2和3位置的细胞在扰动流场剪切应力作用12 h后,摄取它们的图像并进行了灰度直方图分析.分析表明,细胞形态与其所受的剪切应力有密切的关系,即细胞沿剪应力的方向发生拉伸现象,剪应力的幅值越大,拉伸越显著.反映在直方图上,细胞承受剪应力的增加导致其图像的直方图中心向灰度值低端移动.研究结果对流动腔实验装置的集成化、微型化和图像的实时处理与显示具有一定的价值.An experimental device of the flow chamber with back step was designed. The endothelial cells were successfully planted at the bottom of the flow chamber, and then were cultured in a disturbed flow field. When the cells were acted by the shear stress resulted from the disturbed flow field for 12 hours, the images of the cells at three particular positions 1, 2 and 3 were taken, and then these images were analyzed using the gray-scale histogram method. The analysis results indicate that the cell morphology is tightly related to the shear stress acting on these cells. It means that the cells are stretched along the direction of the shear stress, and the bigger the stress magnitude, the more noticeable the cell stretch will be. In the corresponding gray-scale histograms, an increase of the shear stress acting on the cells causes the center of a histogram to be shifted toward the direction of lower gray levels. Applying the image compression, denoise and compression techniques based on 2-dimensional wavelet transform with multi-resolution analysis, the raw images of cells are effectively de-noised and compressed. The results are really useful for the integration and micromation of the experimental device of the flow chamber and the real-time processing and displaying of the images.
