摘　　要：在分析军工企业项目管理特征和发展简史的基础上,结合相关理论和笔者从事项目管理的工作实践,对现行体制下我国军工企业推行项目管理提出了若干思考意见和工作建议。Based on the analysis of the characteristics and the developing history of the project management in military enterprise, the author gives some thoughts and suggestions on project management in military enterprise under the existing system through combination of corresponding theory and the working experience he obtained through practice of project management.
