摘  要:以乙二胺和水为溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备了Mn离子掺杂的ZnS纳米晶,探讨了反应温度、掺杂离子浓度及锌硫比对ZnS∶Mn纳米晶晶体结构和发光性质的影响。采用X射线衍射、荧光光谱等手段进行了表征,结果表明,反应温度高于180℃时才会生成纯硫化锌,而调整锌硫比,会得到不同晶型的硫化锌,Mn离子掺杂浓度则对硫化锌的生成和晶型无明显影响,对发光强度有一定影响。在220℃、锌硫比为1∶1、Mn离子掺杂浓度为1%的条件下制备的硫化锌纳米晶具有比较好的发光性质。Mn-doped ZnS nanocrystals were prepared by solvothermal methods using the mixture of ethylenediamine and water as solvent.The effect of temperature,mole ratio of Zn to S and concentration of Mn was discussed.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,fluorescence spectroscopy and TEM techniques.The results indicate that pure ZnS nanocrystals were obtained only when the temperature was higher than 180℃.ZnS nanocrystals with different crystal style can be prepared by changing the mole ratio of Zn to S.No obvious effect of Mn concentration on the crystal style of ZnS was observed.But the effect on the luminescence was obtained.
