摘　　要：本文简要地介绍了涤纶超高速纺丝使用的原料、油剂、测试手段、超高速纺丝工艺及产品物理性能。着重研究不同纺速的超高速纺丝对其纤维的结晶结构、结晶度、DSC热谱、纤维取向度,及由此反映出纤维的物理机械性能、纤维的表皮形态和截面结构的影响。The raw materials, finishes, testing instruments and spinning technology used in the super high speed spinning of polyester fiber as well as the quality of products are briefly introduced with em, phasis on the investgations of the effect of different spinning speeds on the crystalline structurecrystallinity, DSC spectrum, birefrigence of fiber which reflects the variation of appearance, cross sections and mechanical properties.
