摘　　要：目的：探讨阴道超声在异位妊娠诊断和治疗方面的价值，方法：回顾20例临床疑异位妊娠病例，应用阴道超声检查子宫内外，附件及子宫直肠窝等情况，并结合尿HCG测定确定异位妊娠诊断。结果：经阴道超声确定为异位妊娠9例，其中手术证实诊断8例，符合率88．9％．且例为卵巢破裂，误诊率11．1％。排除异位妊娠11例，其中诊为宫内妊娠3例，卵巢破裂2例，药物流产后子宫复旧不全2例，盆腔炎，子宫不正出血4例，经对症治疗全部全意。阴性符合率为100％。结论：阴道超声以其清晰的图象，动态的高分辨率，为临床医生提供大量有价值的资料，使异位妊娠的诊断，鉴别诊断提高到新的水平，异位妊娠的早期诊断书减低因其引起急腹症的发病率。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the value of ultrasonic examination per vagina in diagnosing and treating heterotopic pregnancy (HP). MEthODS: 20 cases of unsure HP were examined by transvagina ultrasonography combined with urine HCG. RESULts:9 cases of HP were diagnosed by ultrasonography. In these cases, 8 were surely HP after operation, predictive rate was 88. 9%. One case was ovariorrhexis,misdiagnosis rate was 11. 1 %. 11 cases were not HP. In these cases, 3 cases were ulterinepregnancy, 2 cases were ovariorrhexis and 2 cases were subinvolution of uterus after drug induction,the other 4 cases were pelvic inflammation and metrorrhagia. After the treatment,all patients were recovery. CONCLUSION: The early diagnosis of HP by ultrasonography per vagina plays an important role in reducing attact rate of acute abdomen caused by HP.
