摘　　要：综述了国内外无创血压测量方法沿革和连续血压测量方法的研究进展,重点介绍了人工柯氏音法、振波法、24H动态血压检测法、张力测定法、容积补偿法和利用脉搏波特征参数间接测量血压等方法的原理和特点,分析了连续血压检测研究现状,讨论了目前存在的问题和解决思路.Research progress in methods of continuous measurement of blood pressure and evolution of methods of noninvasive measurement of blood pressure is presented. Principles and characteristics of several methods of traditional measurement of blood pressure and continuous measurement of blood pressure are introduced in detail. Some research status quo of continuous measurement of blood pressure is analyzed and problems and solutions are discussed.
