摘  要:采用4种不同的纳米有机蒙脱土,以水溶性酚醛树脂为复合介质,在真空和室温条件下对3种树种的实木地板毛坯进行纳米复合和定型处理。结果表明,处理后的地板毛坯尺寸稳定性显著改善,吸水率可比原来降低21.8%,厚度和长度增长率可分别降低57%和97%,厚度和长度收缩率可降低71%,硬度可提高58%。Under vacuum and room temperature, three species of unlacquered wood floorings were compounded and solidified with four different types of nanometer organic montmorillonitcs and water-soluble PF as intermediate. The results showed that treated specimens possessed excellent dimensional stability. Compared with the controlled group, the water absorption rate were decreased 21.8%, the thickness and length expanding rate were decreased 57% and 97% respectively, the shrinkage rate for thickness and length were decreased 71%, and the hardness was improved 58%.
