摘　　要：研制了一种中温快速磷化液,使用某生产厂家的铁钉进行磷化实验。通过对基础磷化条件(酸度、磷化时间、磷化温度、促进剂加入量以及使用稳定性)的考察,确定了该磷化液较优的操作条件,并取得了较好的抗腐蚀效果。A mid-temperature fast phosphating solution was developed, the experiment was carried out with phosphating of iron nails. By the study of phosphating condition including acidity, phosphating time, phosphating temperature, concentration of accelerant, and the stability of phosphating solution, the suitable operation condition was fixed.
