我国全运区域竞技实力发展的非均衡历程与对策

摘　　要：以项群为单位，以区域划分为依据，探讨了第6～10届全运会期间各项群竞技实力区域发展态势的均衡性问题。研究表明，各项群竞技实力区域分布呈明显的非均衡性，以东部地带各项群的夺金实力较强；中部地带竞技实力日益低迷，其中，技能主导类优势亚项群竞技实力的下滑，导致该项群竞技实力呈现解体的危机。另外，同一区域不同项群竞技实力的分布也呈现出非均衡发展态势。以上现状，可能是由我国区域经济与各竞技体育发展规模的区域非均衡性所造成的。据此，提出我国各区域竞技体育的发展应是在适度差距中寻找系统优化的战略决策。This article adopted event-group as unit and regional division as basis to study the event-group competition power non-balanced development from the sixth National Games to the tenth National Games. The results indicated that the regional competition power of each event-group was not balanced, that of East China was capable of winning the gold medals while that of central China was not strong. The competitive power of skill-dominant superior event-group decreased. In the same region, different event-group had different power. The reasons might come from the imbalanced economic and competitive sports development. In view of this, countermeasures were proposed.
