摘　　要：笔者在阅读大量文献资料的基础上,分析了为什么要发展社区中医药服务,并从正反两个方面对其发展现状进行分析,最后针对社区中医药发展的不平衡,提出要保障社区中医药人才的福利待遇、完善自我培训及在社区中加强中医药优势的宣传等发展对策。On the basis of read lots of documents, the author analyse the need to develop community Chinese medical services and community, and analysis its development status from the positive and negative aspects. In the end, aim at the imbalance of development of community Chinese medicine, advice some development such as ensure benefits of the person with ability in community Chinese medicine.perfect selftraining and reinforce the drumbeating about the predominance of community Chinese medicine in the community.
