病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液IL-6、脑脊液白蛋白/血清白蛋白比值的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑脊液IL-6、脑脊液白蛋白/血清白蛋白(CALB/SALB)比值在病毒性脑炎患儿体内的变化及临床意义。方法:用放射免疫法检测IL-6、溴甲酚绿法检测血清白蛋白、免疫比浊法检测脑脊液白蛋白。检测42例病毒性脑炎患儿急性期和恢复期脑脊液和血清标本,以25例非颅内感染患儿作为对照组。结果:(1)病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液IL-6、CALB/SALB比值与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),(2)脑脊液IL-6浓度和CALB/SALB比值呈明显正相关(r=0.667,P<0.01)。结论:病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液IL-6、CALB/SALB比值均明显升高,其水平与病情的发生、发展和病情严重程度有关。脑脊液IL-6、CALB/SALB比值的检测对脑损害程度的估计、治疗方案的选取以及预后的判断都有一定的指导价值。Objective： To study changes of CSF IL-6, CSF/serum albumin ratio in viral meningitis and clinical significance. Methods： Radioimmunoassay（RIA） method was used to detect the levels of IL-6 in the cerebral spinal fluid（CSF）, nephelometry method was used to detect the levels of albumin in the CSF and bromocresol green （BCG） method was detect the levels of albumin in the serum. The CSF and serum in 42 children with viral meningitis in acute phase and recovery phase were detected, and 25 normal children were compared with. Result：（1） CSF IL-6 and CALB/SALB ratio in viral meningitis was obviously different from control group （P 〈0.01）.（2）The correlation analysis suggested that there was a positive correlation between IL-6 and CSF/serum albumin ratio （r=0.667, P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： CSF IL-6 and CALB/SALB ratio in viral meningitis is significantly increased, the level is correlated with the occurrence and development of disease, also the severe degree. Detection of CSF IL-6 and CALB/SALB ratio is helpful to guide the determination of the damage degree, decision of diagnosis and judge of prognosis.
