前愈汤剂体外抗菌实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨前愈汤剂体外抗菌效果。[方法]通过液体两倍稀释法分析前愈汤剂对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、木糖葡萄球菌和克雷伯杆菌的抗菌作用,并以前列泰片和前列康作实验对照。[结果]前愈汤剂对以上菌种的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值分别为62.5、125、125、500g/L。最低杀菌浓度(MBC)值分别为250、125、125、500g/L。[结论]前愈汤剂对大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、木糖葡萄球菌和克雷伯杆菌都有明显的抑制和杀灭作用。[Objective] To study the in vitro antimicrobial effect of QianYu decoction. [Methods] The Antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus xylosus and Klebsiella were measured by liquid doubling dilution. QianLietai tablet and QianLiekang Capsule generally used for curing prostatitis in clinic were chosen for control test. [Results] MIC were 62.5, 125, 125, 500mg/ml and MBC were 250, 125, 125, 500 mg/ml respectively. [Conclusions] QianYu decoction has an obvious inhibiting and an- tibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus xylosus and Klebsiella.
