摘　　要：采用症状自评量表（ＳＣＬ－９０）对１９４名ＶＤＴ作业人员和１６８名对照人员进行调查、结果表明，ＶＤＴ作业人员心理健康水平较低，主要表现为躯体不适、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性等症候群明显，特别是焦虑、抑郁和精神病性最突出。男性３０～３４岁，女性２５～２９岁存在的心理卫生问题较多。可能与ＶＤＴ作业环境、职业性精神紧张等综合作用有关。The Symptom Check List 90(SCL-90) was applied to survey 194 Video Display Terminal(VDT) workers and 168 control workers. The results showed that psychological health level of VDT workers was lower than the control group. The main psychological problems of VDT workers were somatic disorders ,depression, anxiety ,phobia and psychotism ,especially anxiety, depression and psychotism were significantly more severe than the control group. The male of 30-34 and female of 25-29 age-spcific group of VDT workers have much more psychological problems. Those problems of VDT workers may be caused by composite fac- tors such as working environmemt and occupational stress among the VDT workers.
