煤矿职工工伤亡事故原因分析与对策

摘　　要：本文对平项山矿务局３个煤矿职工工伤亡事故作了１０年（１９８７．１．１～１９９６．１２．３１）回顾性调查．结果表明，工伤事故发生数为１３６３起，死亡１４０人；工种以采掘类最高（占５０％以上），其次为井下机电运输类；事故种类以物体打击为主。单纯由不安全状态和不安全行为引起的伤亡事故分别为２３．３％和３２．６％，二者皆有的占４４．１％。工伤亡事故发生原因与领导的安全意识薄弱、机械化程度低、生产环境不良和工人素质低等有关。A restrospective study was carried out for ten years (1987. 1. 1-1996. 12. 31)in three coal mines in Pingding Shan mine. The results showed that the 1363 occupational injuries and 140 death were found. Most occured in excavating(>50%) ,then in mechanical and electrical transporting under the shafe. Occupational injuries were caused only by no safety condition were 23. 3% and 32. 6% by no safety behavior,44. 1% by both. Reasons of occupational injuries accident were ignoring safety of leader, under level of mechanize ,bad enviromnent of productive and low quality of workers and so on.
