摘  要:本实验利用3个不同桑树品种的桑叶为原料提取桑叶多糖,比较其多糖含量及组分差别,发现多糖含量依次为农桑14号,强桑1号和丰田2号。农桑14号粗多糖中含有4个组分,强桑1号和丰田2号都是由5个多糖组分组成,这3个桑品种中具有两个相似的桑叶多糖组分,其HPLC检测图谱中峰顶时间分别为15min和41min左右,不同桑品种间桑叶多糖主要组分相一致(41min);另外丰田2号与强桑又共同含有峰顶时间为25.8min左右多糖组分。The contents and components of polysaccharides in the mulberry leaves of three varieties were investigated in this study. The results indicated that the polysaccharide contents of the different mulberry varieties were also different (Nongsang No.14 〉 Qiangsang No.1 〉 Fengtian No.2). The polysaccharide of Nongsang No.14 had four components, and the others had five components. It had two similar components among the three mulberry leaves polysaccharides, and the retention times of them were 15 min and 41 min, respectively; however, the main components had a common retention time(41 min)among them. Furthermore, both Fengtian No.2 and Qiangsang No.1 had a same polysaccharide component, which showed the same retention time (about 25.8 min)
