摘　　要：测定了10%吡丙醚对家蚕的食下和熏蒸毒性,结果表明:10%吡丙醚EC浓度大于1000倍时,对小蚕毒性较强,可致死;对大蚕有中毒反应,但不会产生急性中毒死亡。家蚕食下微量吡丙醚或受到熏蒸,龄期经过明显延长,会破坏家蚕的营茧功能,导致不结茧。The tests on feeding and fumigation toxicity of 10% EC Pyriproxyfen to silkworm were carried out, the results indicated that less than 1000 times dilution of 10% EC Pyriproxyfen showed lethal toxicity to the young larvae and toxic symptom to the grown larvae but no acute death. The trace feeding or fumigation of 10% EC Pyriproxyfen to the larvae leads to the significant prolonged duration of instars, and damages the cocooning capability of larvae resulting in no cocooning.
