摘  要:首先通过对目前海带综合处理工艺流程的考察,指出该工艺中存在的缺陷,提出增加脱水环节、减少食盐投放量的可行技术方案,以减少资源浪费,并创造可观的经济效益.对海带原料的综合处理工艺中脱水环节进行仔细分析后,分别提出了离心法自动脱水、加长流水线长度的自然脱水、积压式脱水等多种技术方案,通过多次实践证明:自然法脱水的脱水效果不好,离心法脱水的实现难度较大,最为可行的设计方案是积压式脱水.最后给出可行的积压式设计方案,并绘制了整个积压机构的装配图.通过加工现场证明:该积压脱水机构结构合理,脱水效果好,可满足生产需要.Through the investigation on kelp comprehensive process workflow, the drawbacks of in this process was proposed as well as the feasible technical scheme of adding dehydration step and reducing the salt amount putting into kelp to create considerable economic profit and decrease the resource waste. After completely analyzing the dehydration step in kelp comprehensive process, automatic dehydration by adopting centrifugal effect, natural dehydration by prolonging the producing line and dehydration by pressing were proposed. Multiple experiments indicate that the effect of natural dehydration is not satisfactory, and the implementation of centrifugal dehydration is hard and the most feasible design scheme is dehydration by pressing. Finally, a feasible design scheme of pressing dehydration is put forward and the assembly drawings of the whole pressing mechanism are provided. The application in field demonstrates that this dehydration mechanism is reasonable and it has high efficiency in dehydration. Additionally, it is practical and can fulfill the requirements of producing.
