摘　　要：叙述了当前香烟过滤嘴用聚丙烯丝束的生产概况及生产技术,综合了国外各公司针对过滤嘴用聚丙烯丝束生产中目前存在的加工和滤嘴性能方面的问题所提出的解决办法,其主要的解决办法是:①将纤维进行适当的卷曲,以保证足够的硬度和阻力;②在聚丙烯纤维间进行适当的交联,以达到滤嘴所需要的性能;③用增大纤维比表面积、添加某些添加剂等方法来提高滤嘴对烟雾中有害物质的吸收能力.In this paper,the current production situation aod technology of PP yarn forcigarette filter tips have been described.After integrating the solutions of theproblems onthe processing and function of the cigarette filter tips suggested by someforeign companies,the main solutions have been put forward as below:(1)crimpingthe fiber properly in order to meet the requirement in hardness and resistance;(2)interlinking between the PP fibers to reach the function of the filter tip;(3)increasing the specific surface area and adding some additives to enhance theabsorbability of the filter tips to the matters which is harmful to one's health.
