摘 要:为了考察化学镀液成分对镁合金镀镍层的影响,利用金相显微镜和Axiovert 25CA(Zeiss)光学图像分析仪观察了镀层的组织、表面形貌及其显微组织,用辉光放电光谱分析仪(GDS)测定了镀层成分分布,并采用WS-97型声发射划痕仪测定了镀层的结合强度。通过试验比较了十二磺基水杨酸、柠檬酸钠和柠檬酸三种配位剂对镁合金化学镀镍层组织形貌、含磷量以及镀层与基体间结合强度的影响。结果表明,柠檬酸钠作配位剂时镀层与基体的结合强度较大,可达到60 N,柠檬酸作配位剂时的镀层组织致密。另外,研究发现镀层中的镍、磷含量与镀液pH值具有较密切的关系。A metallurgical microscope and Axiovert 25CA optic image apparatus were performed to analyze the morphology and microstructure of electroless Ni coating on Mg alloy surface, and a glow-discharge spectrometer was used to analyze the elemental distribution of the coating. Besides, the adhesion strength of the coating to the substrate was measured using a WS-97 sound emission scratching apparatus, and the effects of bath composition, in particular, of complexing agents including sulfosalicyclic acid, sodium citrate, and citric acid on the morphology, P content, and adhesion strength to substrate of the coating were highlighted. Results indicated that the coating prepared from the bath containing sodium citrate as the complexing agent had a high adhesion strength to the Mg alloy substrate, which was as much as 60 N. The coating prepared from the bath solution containing citric acid as the complexing agent had compact microstructure, while the content of Ni and P in the Ni-P alloy coating was highly dependent on the pH value of the plating bath.
