摘  要:通过gambit建立三用阀阀口三维模型并生成网格,利用Fluent软件对阀内流场进行模拟计算。得出阀内的压力分布图和速度矢量图。根据图形预测阀内气蚀发生区域,并优化三用阀阀口,在倒角基础上增倒圆角,可以降低负压,减少气蚀发生的可能性。Three-dimensional model of three function valve was established through the gambit and the grid was created, the simulation computation of the flow field of the valve was carried on using Fluent. The pressure profile and the velocity vector chart were obtained. According to chart, the cavitation areas of the valve can be forecasted, and the valve port of three function valve can be optimized. By adding filet on the chamfer, the negative pressure can be reduced, and the possibility of cavitation is reduced.
