摘 要:圆度误差是机械零件常见的形状误差之一,它的大小对精密机械的性能和寿命有重要影响,是零件几何精度的重要指标。本文探讨了一种基于图像测量技术的圆度误差测量方法。该方法通过对试件进行图像采集、图像预处理获得完整清晰的轮廓图像,然后利用改进的霍夫变换对系统进行标定,并按照最小条件法、利用有效的数据处理算法进行圆度误差评定。实验表明,用该方法进行圆度误差的测量是可行的,并具有测量精度高、速度快、实用性强的特点。Roundness error is an important shape error in the machine accessories. It is also an important norm of geometric precision. Its value affects heavily the function and lifespan of a precision machine. A new measuring method for roundness error based on image measurement technology was introduced. A complete and clear edge image was obtained through using these approaches to make image acquisition and image pre-processing. To use the improved Hough transform to calibrate the measurement system, with the help of data processing algorithm based on the minimum condition, the roundness error was gained. The measurement results show that this method is feasible, and still holds great advantages in measuring precision, speed and usability.
