摘 要:介绍连体膨胀压缩机的工作原理,并综合透平膨胀机和离心式压缩机的调节特点,结合连体膨胀压缩机的结构,采用压力反馈、进口节流的调节方式实现对系统恒压输出的控制,其中将机器的转速作为副控制回路的被控量,由此设计一套PID串级控制系统。根据生产过程的内在机理建立机器的动态数学模型,并利用Simulink软件包对单回路控制系统和串级控制系统进行仿真比较。结果表明,采用PID串级控制可以显著提高系统对二次扰动和一次扰动的抑制能力,改善系统的动态性能。The principle of operation of expansion-compressor was introduced. Based on the regulation characters of turbo-expander and centrifugal compressor and the structure of expansion-compressor, the constant pressure output was realized by adopting the control mode of pressure feedback and entrance throttle. Among many oter things, I Taking the machine rotation rate as a control quantity of the subcontrol circuit, a set of PID cascade control system was designed. According to the immanent mechanism of the course of production, the dynamical mathematical model of the machine was established and the single-circuit control system and cas- cade control system was simulated and compared by using Simulink software package. The result shows that PID cascade control can advance the inhibiting ability of system to quadri-disturbing and one time-disturbing, and improve the dynamic properties of system.
