摘　　要：本文分析了对外决策中理性决策模式的特点和缺陷,指出该模式在"利益最大化"原则和"国家单一行为体"假设两方面的不足。在此基础上,文章用"满意理论"、"渐进理论"以及组织过程模式、官僚政治模式对其进行了修正。This is a paper about the merits and defects in the theory of the rational choice model in decision making , which points out its flaws lying in the principal of maximizing the interest and the assumption of unitary actor. Employing the theories of organizational model and bureaucratic politics model, we make an amendment to the rational model.
