Estabishing the Database of P300/CNV of Healthy Subjects by Independently Developed Stimulator Combined with Evoked Potential Measuring Systems

摘  要:测试自行研制的P300/CNV事件相关电位刺激器与普通诱发电位仪(Neuropack 2 MEB-7102K,日本光电公司)配套系统的性能,建立本实验室不同年龄、性别正常人P300、CNV数据库。通过70例正常人P300、CNV检测,分析潜伏期、波幅、反应时和波形。实验结果显示,P300潜伏期随年龄增长而延长,50-55龄段延长更明显,各年龄段间方差分析具有统计学意义(P〈0.001)。年龄与P300潜伏期Pearson相关系数为r=0.399(P=0.001),回归系数为1.367(P=0.001)。不同年龄段CNV的指令后负变(PINV)时程和反应时均有显著统计意义(P=0.031;0.048)。结果显示,P300潜伏期、CNV的PINV时程和反应时均随着年龄增长而延长;女性P300、CNV波幅均高于男性;同一受试者前后测得波形具有较好的重复性;部分患者波形变异明显;自制的P300/CNV刺激器与普通诱发电位仪配套使用性能稳定,重复性好,测试结果与有关报道基本相符。The aim of the study is to test the reliability of independently developed P300/CNV event-related potentials stimulator combined with Neuropack 2 MEB-7102K made by Japan Photoelectrical corporation, and to establish the database of P300 and CNV of healthy subjects. P300 and CNV were recorded from 70 healthy subjects, and the indexes of peak latency, amplitude, wave shape and response time were analyzed. The result shows that highly significant latency differences are observed between groups of 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49 and 50 - 55 (P 〈 0. 001 ). Compared with the other groups, 50 - 55 group shows significantly delayed P300 latency. The P300 latency increases significantly with age at a rate of 1. 367 ms/year( r = 0. 399, P = 0. 001 ). Significant PINV duration and RT differences are found in comparison between the groups (P = 0.031, 0. 048). It was concluded that the P300 latency, PINV duration, response time increase during physiological aging. The mean amplitudes of P300, CNV of female are higher than male' s. The test-retest reliability of P300, CNV is observed and the wave shapes of some patients are clearly distinguished from the healthy' s. The reliability of the stimulator matching ordinary evoked petential measuring systems is observed, and the statistic results match the relevant reports.
