摘　　要：文中针对农业院校的特点,进行了实验教学的改革,理顺了关系,打破了院系界限,建立健全了各项规章制度,规范了实验室建设。实验教师参与实验室建设,指导大学生创新活动,改善实验教学条件,提高了实验教学效果。通过实验室全面开放的实行,提高了实验设备的利用率,促进大学生实践能力的培养。This article is just for agricultural colleges. After reforming the laboratorial courses, the connections have been more clear, and the obstacles between institutes have been broken. The regulations have been more perfect. The laboratorial teachers take more time to do the laboratorial courses, instruct the students＇ innovative activities. Because of that, the laboratorial condition and effect were improved. So it should put the laboratorial construction into practice, enhance the using rate of the equipment and advance the students＇ practical abilities.
