摘　　要：应用型人才培养目标的确立,对应用型大学教师的素质结构提出了特殊要求。综观当前应用型大学教师的职前培养、入职教育和职后培训等环节,在诸多方面存在着忽视应用型大学教师特殊性的问题。为此,从促进应用型大学教师专业发展的角度看,必须采取扩大师资来源、加强职业规范训练、调整教师政策、完善教师发展机制等有针对性的改革策略。The special requirements should be fostered on the quality structure of faculty in the application-oriented university. Over viewing the current pre-service training, profession and after profession training, this paper points out that the problem of neglecting the specialty of application-oriented university exists in many aspects. Therefore, the pertinent strategy should be selected for the faculty professional development in the application-oriented university.
