天目山柳杉瘿瘤病病原菌观察

摘　　要：天目山国家自然保护区拥有世界上最大的古柳杉群,目前古柳杉群部分柳杉因受柳杉瘿瘤病的危害而树势衰弱甚至死亡。2006-2007年通过林中挂片收集和柳杉瘿瘤样品切片观察、组织分离等方法,初步确定了柳杉瘿瘤病的致病病原菌及伴生的无致病性真菌拟盘多毛孢属真菌,对其发病规律研究发现,柳杉瘿瘤主要借助子囊孢子由风雨传播,传播期于5月上旬至8月上旬;8月中旬后病原菌停止产生子囊和子囊孢子,并主要以菌丝体在感病的肿瘤中越冬。There is the largest ancient Cryptomeriafortunei population in the world at Tianmu Mountain, Lin＇an city, Zhejiang province. But recently, the growth potential of C. fortunei became weak and even dead because of gall disease. From 2006 to 2007, samples were collected. Observations on sections and tissue isolation showed preliminary pathogen of the disease. Study on occurrence demonstrated that vector of gall disease was wind and rain from May to August. Mgselia overwintered in the gall.
