摘 要:某铁矿铁矿物以磁铁矿为主,矿石硫、磷含量相对较高。根据该矿的成分和嵌布特征,确定采用单一磁选的选别流程。通过试验,"原矿粗磨磁选—粗精矿再磨再选"的工艺流程取得了较理想的铁精矿指标:TFe品位63.96%、硫的品位0.27%、磷的品位0.080%。The main mineral in the iron ore is magnetite, and the concentrates of sulfur and phosphorous are relatively high. According to the mineral's components and characteristics, a process of magnetic separation was carried out. By the process of "rough grinding-magnetic separation-concentrate regrinding-magnetic separation", a concentrate of 63.96% Fe can be obtained with content of 0.27% S and 0.080% P.
