摘　　要：大学生就业指导教育是一项个性化、系统化、长期化的教育活动,贯穿于大学生学习、生活的全过程。如何帮助大学生充分认识自我、客观分析和评估自我,合理对自己进行职业生涯规划,全面学习求职的实战方法和技巧,是每个高校都十分重视并要下大力气投入的研究课题。通过建立合理的大学生就业指导体系,有助于大学生就业指导教育的顺利开展。College-students-career-designing education is an activity of individualization, systematization and continuation, which runs through the whole range of college students＇ study and life. It is very important for higher education institutions to make great efforts to study how to help students to fully understand themselves, objectively analyze and assess themselves, rationally design their own career, comprehensively study practical methods and skills of job-hunting. Career-designing education of college students will benefit greatly from the establishment of career-designing-assistance system.
