摘  要:本文通过观察受照小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率研究了香菇对辐射所致遗传物质损伤的预防和修复作用。结果表明:在小鼠受照前多次给予香菇煮提液,有一定的预防辐射致突效果;受照后小鼠的自我损伤修复作用不足以对抗射线所致遗传物质损伤,经给予香菇煮提液治疗后起到了良好的抗遗传物质损伤效果,而在照前照后给予香菇提液则抗辐射效果最佳。The effcts of prevention and repair of Lentinus edodes on genetic damage induced by radiation have been assayde by using micronucleus test of bone marrow polychromatoerythrocyte in mice.The results showed that the extract of Lentinus edodes had some preventive effect on radiomutation when it was given repeatedly before irradiation.It was alsofound that the extract of Lentinus edodes could quicken the repair of genetic damage induced by radiation.The effct of prevention and repair is better when it was given before and after irradiation.
