摘 要:设计一种基于反激式同轴多绕组输出均衡电路,实现对多个串联单体的快速有效均衡。串联超级电容器组由于化学和温度等参数不一致,充电过程中会导致单体间充电水平的差异。针对这一问题,设计了一种基于反激式同轴多绕组输出的均衡电路,利用反激变换器的自均衡特性和输出电压跟踪平均值的控制方式实现对串联超级电容器的均衡。同时分析了该均衡器工作原理,并详细说明了了它的设计过程。该均衡电路结构简单,成本低廉。实验证明该均衡技术能够实现对多个串联超级电容的快速,有效均衡。One kind of equalization circuit based on CWT(coaxial windings transformer)was designed to achieve the destination of fast equalization on series connected ultra capacitors. For normal differences in cell chemistries and temperature gradients along an ultra stack capacitors of can lead to large non-uniformities in cell charge levels, a new equalization circuit based on CWT(coaxial winding transformer) fly back topology is proposed. The self-balancing character of fly-back topology and the control mode of following the average voltage were used to achieve the destination. The equalization principle is analyzed and the CWT transformer design course is given. It's simple in architecture and low in cost for this circuit. The conclusion that this equalization technology could get a rapid speed and high efficiency in equalization for series connected Ultra capacitors was proved through the experiment.
