摘 要:运用双向反射分布函数测量系统在特定激光波长下(1.06μm)对涂层目标样片进行实验测量,根据样片的BRDF实验数据,将遗传模拟退火算法应用于目标表面BRDF统计模型的参数反演中,获取样片的BRDF模型参数,并在此基础上获得上述样片BRDF的三维分布。同时比较了模型中考虑遮蔽因素与不考虑遮蔽情况下进行参数反演所得到的均方误差,反映了遮蔽效应对涂层目标表面光散射特性的影响。Experiments were conducted to measure sample properties of coat target at the laser wavelength( 1. 06μm). By using the bidirectional reflectance distribution function (BRDF)data of the samples ,the parameters of BRDF model were obtained when the genetic simulated annealing algorithm was applied to retrieve the parameters of the BRDF statistic model of the object surface. As a result,the 3-D BRDF distribution of the object samples is structured,and the mean square errors of BRDF experimental data are compared with the optimization data under the conditions of shadowing effect and without shadowing effect, respectively. The results show that the mean square errors for the shadowing effect are small as compared to the latter, indicating that shadowing effect has an effect on the light scattering characteristic of the coated surfaces.
