摘 要:目的:检测脐血的细胞酶类,拟为脐血的临床应用提供有价值的实验室数据。方法:采用组化技术对30例正常足月产儿脐血细胞的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、过氧化物酶(POX)、非特异性酯酶(NAE)、酸性非特异性酯酶(ANAE)进行测定。结果:脐血ALP阳性率为46.67±18.52%,积分60.73±25.71;POX阳性率为76.23±8.39%,积分167.27±30.59;NAE阳性率为7.47±4.78%;ANAE(单核细胞)阳性率为5.67±3.03%,ANAE(淋巴细胞)阳性率为57.33±13.62%。结论:脐血的细胞酶类与成人骨髓细胞及外周血细胞化学有差异。bjective:To study the cellular engymes in the umbilical cord blood of neonates as the reference for clinical application.Methods:Using histochemistry technique the alkline phosphatase(ALP),peroxidase(POX),nonspecific esterase (NAE) and acid nonspecific esterase(ANAE) for 30 cases of normal newborn umbilical blood cells were detected.Results:The positive rate for ALP was 46.67±18.52% with a mean reaction activity of 60.73±25.7;that for POX was 76.23±8.39% and the mean reaction activity was 167.27±30.59;that for NAE was 7.47±4.78%;that for ANAE(monocytes)was 5.67±3.03% and that for ANAE(lymphocytes)was 57.33±13.62%.Conclusion:The data obtained here indicate that the four kinds of engymes in neonate umbilical cord blood cells are different from that of adult human bone marrow and peripheral blood cells,which has certain clinical reference.
