摘 要:用两种不同的求解方法建立了乙烯裂解炉的二维工艺数学模型。该模型包括有49个组分、49个反应的复杂分子反应体系,通过对轴向和径向流体流动、传热及管壁处结焦反应等过程的描述,可以较完整地模拟轻烃裂解炉管内的流体流动、反应、传热、结焦等过程。用此两种方法和一维模型分别对大庆W型轻烃炉的同一工况进行了模拟计算。结果表明,两种计算方法对径向温度、速度和浓度分布描述比一维模型更加符合工业炉裂解的实际情况,在靠近管壁处径向速度、温度以及浓度的变化趋势与工业实际相吻合,其它主要计算结果与工业数据和一维模型的计算结果一致,两种计算方法各有优缺点,适用于不同目的的计算。A two-dimensional mathematical model of ethylene pyrolyzer was created by using two different solving methods.The model contains a complex reaction system including 49 components and 49 reactions.Via the description of axial and radial fluid flow,heat transfer and the coking reactions on the tube wall,the process,including fluid flow,reaction,heat transfer and coking etc.in the light hydrocarbon and oil pyrolysis tube can be fully simulated.These two solving methods of the two-dimensional model and the one-dimensional model were used to simulate Daqing type-W light hydrocarbon and oil pyrolyzer.The results show that using these two calculating methods,the description of the radial temperature,velocity and concentration distribution is in more conformity with the realities of industry pyrolyzer than using one-dimensional model,the changing tendencies of the radial velocity,temperature and concentration distribution approaching the tube wall match with industry practice,and the other main calculated results are consistent with industry data and the calculated results by the one-dimensional model.The two calculating methods have their own virtues and defects,so each of them has its own suitable usage for different computation goals of various pyrolysis systems.
