摘  要:用碱性阴离子交换树脂催化1-甲酰氧基-2-甲基-4-乙酰氧基-2-丁烯进行酯交换反应制备1-羟基-2-甲基-4-乙酰氧基-2-丁烯,反应的选择性由85%提高到99.5%,并因采用反应精馏的方式将反应时间由12h缩短到5h,收率由77%提高到93%,后处理方便,具有重要的工业意义;这一改进对类似的反应也有重要意义。A new process of ester exchange reaction for producing 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-acetyloxy-2-butene from 1-formyloxy-2-methyl-4-acetyloxy-2-butene was proposed.The basic anion-exchanged resin was used as catalyst instead of the conventionally used NaHCO3,and the reaction-distillation method was adopted to simplify the ester exchange process.The results show that the new process proposed can enhance the selectivity of the ester exchange reaction from 85% to 99.5%,shorten the reaction time from 12 h to 5 h,and increase the yield of the product from 77% to 93%.Moreover,the post-treatment of the ester exchange process proposed is more convenient.All these demonstrate that the proposed new process has great industrial value and referential significance for the synthesis of similar compounds via ester exchange reaction.
