摘 要:为了研究清楚西洋菜是否适合应用于有重金属镉污染的富营养化水体的修复,以不同浓度的镉处理3d的西洋菜为实验材料,研究了短期培养条件下镉对西洋菜生长的影响。主要测定了抗氧化系统的几种酶,包括POD、CAT、SOD的活性以及可溶性蛋白、叶绿体色素含量的变化。研究表明,该植物对重金属镉比较敏感。水体中Cd2+浓度为0.05mg·L-1就可以使西洋菜利用光能的能力降低,细胞遭受一定程度的氧化伤害。Cd2+浓度达到10mg·L-1时,西洋菜已经失去清除体内过多活性氧的能力。该植物不适合应用于有重金属镉污染的富营养化水体的治理和生态修复。After cultivating 3 days in Steinberg medium with different concentrations of Cd2+,the growth of Nasturtium officinale R.Br.was investigated for the purpose to find out if this plant is suitable to using on restoration of eutrophicated waterbody with cadmium pollution.The variations of chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,POD activity,CAT activity and SOD activity of Nasturtium officinale R.Br.after cultivating treatments were measured in this study.The results show that Nasturtium officinale R.Br.is relatively sensitive to cadmium pollution.Even if the Cd^2+ concentration in the waterbody is as low as 0.05%,the ability of using light of Nasturtium officinale R.Br.begins to decrease,and the cell of Nasturtium officinale R.Br.encounters a certain extent of oxidative stress at the same time.It was also found that Nasturtium officinale R.Br.has no ability to clean out the overmuch activated oxygen species in plant cell when Cd^2+ concentration in the waterbody reaches and over 10 mg·L^-1.Finally,it may be concluded that Nasturtium officinale R.Br.is not suitable to using on the restoration of eutrophicated waterbody with cadmium pollution.
