摘  要:心肌灌注断层显像是诊断心肌缺血的重要方法,靶心图在断层基础上加以定量分析。作者在与TechnicareOmega500伽玛相机联机的MCS-560计算机系统上设计了靶心图分析软件,将短轴断层图像分成16个扇区,把各层面各扇区相对计数值以极坐标形式展开,成为一幅彩色靶心图。分析程序可对正常人的心肌灌注断层图像进行定量分析,所得数据存盘,并自动加入早先所测正常人数据,计算出正常人的均值(X)和标准差(SD)。以正常值数据库为依据,凡相对计数低于(X-2.5SD)的部位,靶心图呈黑色。为表示患者心肌灌注血流与正常人差异情况,同时还显示各层片各扇区与正常均值相差多少SD的极坐标分布图。为了更明确地显示缺血扇区个数,根据分析数据把低于(X-2.5SD)部位的扇区个数以直方图表示。Myocardial perfusion tomogram is one important method to diagnose myocardial ischemial.The polar bull′s eye map reports of quantitative analysis,which corresponds to the three dimensions myocardial perfusion tomogram.A program of polar bull′s eye map for Technicare Omega 500 gamma camera system has been developed. Each circumferential profile generated from the short axis slices is divided into 16 segments and the normalized count in every segment is expended in the polar coordinates to be simulated as a color bull′s eye map.The same program can be used to accumulate the normal database got from analysis of myocardial perfusion tomograms of normal volunteers. Every normal data set is saved in an independent file in the hard disc as the statistical sample.The means and standard deviations of normal data are calculated with the normal files and the new normal data set.The patient′s data is compared to reference a normal database.If the counts of a segment are less than a normal threshold (x 2.5*SD)the segment means perfusion defect and black color will be displayed in the relative area in a bull′s eye map. A SD polar map is given to show that myocardial perfusionof the patient is less how many SD than that of normal volunteers in every segment of every slice.Two histograms correspond to how many regions of myocardial; defect in slices or in segments were plotted.
