摘　　要：目的通过应用ISO9000族系列标准对神经内科护理记录单进行质量管理。方法制定标准化神经内科护理记录单小组质量检查标准和护士长审核程序。通过自查、小组检查、护士长终审3个控制点保证书写质量。运用Likert4点评分法，比较管理前后各110份护理记录单。结果两组有显著差异性（P〈0．01）。结论通过应用ISO9000族标准规范了神经内科护理记录单的管理三级管理模式能有效控制质量点，全面提升护理记录质量。Objective To control the quality of nursing record in department of neurology by standard of ISO9000. Methods In department of neurology, check-standard of nursing record and standard examine process were established. By self-check and group check as well as final judgment of head nurse, the quality of nursing record was controlled. 110 nursing records were compared before and after the nursing management with Likert4 point scale. Results There was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The application of the standard of ISO9000 for nursing record can standardize the management model of nursing record in department of neurology and improve the quality of the nursing record.
