国产与进口特拉唑嗪治疗轻中度高血压病的随机对照临床试验

摘　　要：选择64例Ⅰ或Ⅱ期轻中度高血压病患者,分成A组(31例)和B组(33例),分别观察国产和进口特拉唑嗪的疗效.总有效率分别为87.1%和87.9%(P<0.05).两组药物均能显著升高血中HDL浓度和H/L比值(P<O.01,P<0.05),副作用轻,提示国产特拉唑嗪在治疗轻中度高血压病与美国产品相比有可比性.64 mild to moderate hypertension cases of phase I or II were divided into group A (31 cases) and group B (33 cases). The therapeutic effects of domestically-produced terazosin and imported HYTRIN(USA) were observed. The total therapeutic rate was 87.1% and 87.9% respectively. The drug in both groups can significantly raised the blood concentration of HDL and H/L rate (P<0.01; P<0.05) with mild side effects, suggesting that domestically produced terazosin is a kind of ideal drug for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.
