虎栀合剂治疗婴儿肝炎综合征直肠给药效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究虎栀合剂保留灌肠治疗婴儿肝炎综合征。方法随机将62例婴肝患儿分成两组，用虎栀合剂保留灌肠并与口服虎栀合剂疗效组对照，观察虎栀合剂对婴肝缩肝、退黄、利疸、降酶的疗效。结果两组疗效相似，无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论对婴肝患儿，采用保留灌肠法能确保用药剂量的准确性、药物疗效的可靠性。Objective To study the per rectum effects of gardenia mixture on infantile hepatitis. Methods 62 infant with hepatitis were divided into two groups, the experiment group were received gardenia mixture by retention enema, whereas the control group by oral cavity. The effects of two different methods for liver shortening, jaundice declining, bilirubin evacuating and enzyme decreasing were observed. Results It showed similar treatment effects between groups with no difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions It can guarantee the accurate dosage and reliable treatment effects to infantile hepatitis with the therapy of gardenia mixture by retention enema.
