锦州市三室两厅住宅实态调查分析

摘　　要：随着锦州市居民生活水平的不断提高,大套型的三室两厅成为继两室两厅之后的主流套型,通过对世纪之初锦州市住宅市场上的三室两厅住宅套型的随机调查,发现目前该套型设计出现趋同现象,笔者尝试对13种不同的三室两厅套型设计进行了数据方面分析,希望能为锦州市未来的三室两厅住宅套型设计提供理论参考。Along with the unceasing enhancement of inhabitant living standard in Jinzhou city, the big wrap with three room and two halls has become the mainstream set after the wrap with two rooms and two halls. By investigating the housing set with three rooms and two halls randomlyin the housing market of Jinzhou city built at the beginning of the century, it was discovered that at present this set of designs became similary.The data of 13 kinds of different set of design have been analyzed to provide the theory reference for the housing design with three rooms and two halls in the future.
