扶正抗癌方对人肝癌细胞增殖作用影响的实验研究

摘　　要：通过大鼠灌胃给药后，分离药物血清，作用于体外培养细胞的方法，观察扶正抗癌方对人肝癌细胞ＳＭＭＣ７７２１增殖的影响，用两个循环聚合－解聚的方法，提取大鼠脑组织中微管蛋白，利用微管蛋白随温度变化而出现的聚合－解聚特点，观察扶正抗癌方对微管蛋白活性的影响，研究扶正抗癌方抑制肿瘤细胞增殖作用的机理，结果夫正抗癌方药物轿清具有明显抑帛人肝癌细胞＾３Ｈ－ＴｄＲ掺入和ＭＴＴ还原作用；The article reported the observation on the effects of fuzhengkangai decoction drug serum on the multiplication of human hepatocarcinoma cell and approached the mechanism of fuzhengkangai decoction antitumor. The results showed that fushengkangai decoction could significant inhibit the -H - TdR incorporation and MTT reducation function; polymerization of microtubulin. All these indicated that fuzhengkangai decoction could significantly inhibit the multiplication of human hepatocarcinoma cell, its mechanism might be influence the construct of microtubule, distroy the formation of spindle fibers, break off mitochysis such as to inhibit the multiplication of carcinoma cell.
