网织血小板与血常规中血小板相关参数之间的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉血中网织血小板百分比与血常规中血小饭相关参数之间的相关性。方法对72例男性及75例女性静脉血样本同时检测其网织血小板百分比(RP%)与PLT、MPV、PDW、P-LCR,并对它们的检测结果进行相关分析,比较RP%与它们之间的相关性。并将MPV进行分组比较,比较两者的差异性。结果RP%与PLT之间均RP%与PLT之间无相关关系,相关系数分别为男性组r=-0.033(P>0.05),女性组r=-0.092(P>0.05)。而RP%与MPV、PDW、P-LCR之间在男性组及女性组之间均有相关关系,P<0.01。女性MPV≤11.0 fl组RP%高于MPV<11.0 fl组的RP%,二者具有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论RP%与PLT之间无相关关系,而RP%与MPV、PDW、P-LCR之间均具有良好相关性。Objective To study the relationship between the reticulated platelets （RP） and the platelet parameters of venous blood routine. Methods At the same time, RP and PLT, MPV, PDW, P-LCR were detected by hemacytometer in 72 male and 75 female subjects . The female subjects were divided into two groups by MPV value. Results The reticulated platelets （RP） and PLT did not show a correlation, relative coefficient r=-0.033 （ P 〉 0.05 ） at male subjects and relative coefficient r = - 0. 092 （ P 〉 0.05 ） at female subjects . The reticulated platelets （RP） and MPV, PDW, P-LCR correlated extremely well at all subjects （P 〈 0.01 ）. A significant difference of the RP% was observed between MPV ≥11.0 fl female subjects and MPV〈 11.0 fl female subjects （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The reticulated platelets （RP） and PLT did not show a correlation. The reticulated platelets （RP） and MPV, PDW, P- LCR correlated extremely well.
