摘　　要：市场经济与现代体育发展是紧密相连的关系，在市场经济的背景下，现代体育的发展要从基础、动力、措施、方向几方面作出努力，具体的运作则需要处理好经济效益与社会效益、政府与市场、重大赛事与全民健身、行政管理与经济运作等四个关系。market economy and modern physical education development is close connect with each other of relation, under the background of the market economy, modern physical education of development want several aspect to make effort from the foundation, motive, measure, direction, concrete of operation demand processing good economy performance and society performance, government and market, graveness game and all the people workout, administration management and economy operation etc. be four relation.
