摘　　要：在网络环境下,充分开发利用信息资源,必须以数据库方式存储,以网络服务方式传播。该文简要分析了利用网络信息资源构建图书馆特色数据库的原则、框架、方法及措施。Under the network environment, it should store in the way of database and transmit by internet services to exploit information fully. This paper briefly analyzed the principle, the frame, the method and the measure of how to use the internet information resources to construct a library characteristic database system.
