摘 要:[目的]了解赣州市不同人群、家禽家畜肠道寄生虫的感染状况与水体污染情况,为防治提供依据。[方法]2006年6~12月,在赣州市抽取5个县(市)的20个调查点,对部分健康人群、家禽家畜及水体水样,检查肠道寄生虫。[结果]检查1336人的大便,查出肠道寄生虫8种,184人阳性,总阳性率为13.77%,主要虫种为人芽囊原虫、兰氏贾第鞭毛虫和蛔虫,阳性率分别为7.41%、3.07%和2.32%。人群阳性率,会昌县172人为23.26%,于都县263人为22.05%,崇义县381人为11.81%,安远县267人为8.24%,南康市253人为7.51%(P<0.01);托幼儿童52名为26.92%,散居儿童80名为18.75%,学生580名为13.97%,农民601人为11.98%,其他职业者23人为8.70%(P<0.05)。检查6种家禽家畜粪便合计628份,112份阳性,检出寄生虫13种,总阳性率为17.83%;总阳性率,猪粪188份为23.40%,牛粪122份为15.57%,鸡粪191份为19.90%,鸭粪118份为8.47%,犬粪为1/5,鹅粪为0/4,猪、牛、鸡、鸭粪中人芽囊原虫的阳性率分别为19.15%、13.11%、6.28%和1.69%。检查水样304份,14份检出肠道寄生虫(人芽囊原虫11份,阿米巴原虫2份,鞭虫1份),阳性率为4.61%;阳性率,生活污水105份为9.52%,自然水体90份为2.22%,饮用水109份为1.83%(P<0.05)。[结论]赣州市健康人群肠道寄生虫感染率已明显下降,主要虫种有显著变化;部分家禽家畜被感染,各种水体受到污染。[Objective]In order to provide theory basis for the prevention and treatment of intestinal parasite infection, the aim of this study was to survey the infectious condition of intestinal parasite between different healthy population , do-mestic animal and poultry as well as water contamination with intestinal helminthes in Ganzhou. [Methods]During June-December, 2006, with random sampling method, fecal samples of the target population and domestic animal and poultry and water specimens were collected from 20 communities of five counties or cities in Ganzhou. The parasite egg was examined by direct wet mount preparation or natural sedimentation mount with 0.9% saline dilution using microscope. Statistical a-nalysis was performed by chisquare test. [Results] The overall prevalence of intestinal parasite infection was 13.77% (184/1336) for the target healthy population with 8 species of helminthes found. The main parasite species were Blasto-cystis hominis (7.41%), Giardia lamblia stile (3.07%), and Ascaris lumdricoides (2.32%) for the healthy population. Infectious rate of healthy population was 23.26%, 22.05%, 11.81%, 8.24%, and 7.51%(19/253) for the counties of Huichang,Yudu,Chongyi, Anyuan, and Nankang city respectively. The infection rate of different population groups was 26.92%(14/52) for daycare children, 18.72%(15/80) for household children, 13.97% for students, 11.98% for peasants,8.70% for other people. There was a significant difference among the different target population and groups ( P 〈 0.05). Six hundred twenty eight fecal samples of 6 strains of domestic animal and poultry were tested and 112 samples had parasite infection (17.83%) with 13 species of helminthes found. The overall prevalence was 23.40%(44/188), 15.57%, 19.90%, 8.47%, 20%(1/5), and 0%(0/4) for swine, cattle, chicken, duck, dog, and goose respectively.
